HLNB Healthy Eating/Keep Moving Challenge - Day 24

October 25th Day 24:   Yesterday I hung on the pull up bar for 30 seconds twice and worked on my weight training routine during "Dancing With The Stars The Results Show" as follows:

Biceps Curls with 3 lbs 12 reps 5 sets
Triceps Press 3 lbs 12 reps 5 sets
Pectoral Flys 3 lbs 12 reps 5 sets



                                                                                  Rob and Cheryl looked great!














                David and Kym danced to Greese as Danny and Sandy.














  
                                                                                                  

                                                           Chaz and Lacey danced to Phantom of the Opera and looked great!



















    For breakfast I ate a bowl of oatmeal with a glass of orange juice.  At lunch I ate another guacarito (I have some avocados that are starting to ripen) and drank a glass of orange juice mixed with cranberry juice.  For dinner we had grilled barbecue chicken again.  For snacks today I had some of the guacamole from lunch with some chips and I drank a glass of chocolate almond milk with 3 berry burst ice cream oreo cookies.
