HLNB Exercise & Core Strength Challenge II - Day 2

December 2nd Day 2:  Yesterday I worked on arm and leg exercises while listening to Duran Duran with the following stats:


Biceps Curls with 3 lbs 12 reps 5 sets
Triceps Press 3 lbs 12 reps 5 sets
Standing V Raise 3 lbs 12 reps 5 sets
Triceps Extensions 3 lbs 12 reps 5 sets


Inner Thigh Kicks 12 reps 5 sets
Outer Thigh Kicks 12 reps 5 sets
Reverse Leg Kicks 12 reps 5 set

    I ate some strawberries, raspberries, tomatoes and drank 100% fruit juices with all meals.  I also ate some Triscuits.

    I earned 1 point in the HBBC Challenge for the arm and leg exercises.
