HLNB Spring Challenge 2 - Day 19

April 19th Day 19Yesterday I did the following exercises while watching "Grey's Anatomy" with the following results:  ( I received an email asking me if I use weights with these exercises I've been doing, so far if I have used weights I will list it in my post.  Generally speaking I have not been using weights.  But I think they are good to use and help build muscle faster.  At some point I will try to incorporate using them.)

Reverse Leg Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Inner Thigh Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Outer Thigh Kicks 12 reps 3 sets
Waist Twists 12 reps 3 sets
Bicep Curls 12 reps 3 sets
Triceps Press 12 reps 3 sets

    I ate some oatmeal with strawberries, a salad, some rice with veggies, and an apple. I also drank 100% fruit juices with all three meals.
