HLNB Spring Challenge 2 - Day 28

April 28th Day 28Yesterday I walked for 1 mile.








    I ate some toast with 100% whole grain bread, some black beans and rice with vegetables.  I drank 100% fruit juices with all three meals. I also ate some strawberries and an apple.
